Chai Wa 14 Festival merch is available for delivery before and after the festival.
We ship across major counties in Kenya using rider services within Nairobi and parcel courier services for upcountry deliveries.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

2. Made-to-Order Items (Important)

Some of our merch items are made to order.

  • Made-to-order products may take up to 14 days to be produced before dispatch

  • This information is clearly stated in the product description

  • Please ensure you read the product details carefully before placing your order

13. Delivery Address & Meeting Points

  • Deliveries are often completed at a mutually agreed meeting point

  • Door-to-door delivery may not be possible in some areas
