Chai wa 14 Festival offers a curated vendor experience designed to provide strong brand visibility, secure operations, and full participation in the festival environment.

All vendor kiosks are located within Wanjeri Music Bowl & Resort and are allocated based on placement level, availability, and overall festival layout.

Vendor Kiosk Packages

- Corner Kiosk Placement

KSh 40,000 (3-Day Festival)

Positioned at key points within the festival layout, corner kiosks benefit from increased visibility and consistent foot traffic flow throughout the event.

-Premium Kiosk Placement (Near Main Stage)

KSh 50,000 (3-Day Festival)

Located close to the main performance areas, premium kiosks offer high exposure to large audience movements and peak activity zones during performances.

-Branding Exposure Kiosk Package

KSh 60,000 (3-Day Festival)

Designed for brands seeking enhanced presence, this package includes strategic kiosk placement and extended brand visibility within the festival environment.

What’s Included

Each vendor kiosk includes:

Secure 4m x 4m lockable structure (no daily pack down required)
24/7 on-site security
24/7 electricity supply
Rear camping/sleeping area
Space to park a vendor vehicle
Capacity for up to 5 staff members on site

Vendor Access & Tickets

Each approved vendor will receive:

6 × 3-Day General Admission Festival Passes

This includes:

1 pass for the applicant
5 passes for staff

General Admission Access Includes:

Access to all main festival stages
Access to general festival areas
Access to food, drink, and activity zones
Ability to attend all festival performances

Important:

Vendor passes are equivalent to 3-Day General Admission tickets
Passes do not include access to VIP or VVIP areas
All vendor passes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold

Payment & Application Terms

A refundable application deposit is required before your application will be reviewed
If your application is not approved, your deposit will be refunded in full
If approved, your deposit will be deducted from your final vendor fee

All kiosk placements are subject to availability
Final allocation is determined by the festival team based on layout and experience design
Vendors will be positioned according to their selected package and operational requirements
