CHAI WA 14 FESTIVAL — REFUND POLICY

Festival Dates: October 2–4, 2026 | Wanjēri Music Bowl & Resort, Laikipia County, Kenya

All Sales Are Final

All ticket and package purchases for CHAI WA 14 FESTIVAL are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once the transaction is completed. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

General Tickets

No refunds will be issued for any reason after purchase, including but not limited to: change of plans, illness, travel disruptions, or inability to attend.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different ticket type or date.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

VIP & VVIP Packages

VIP and VVIP packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Package inclusions (e.g., lounge access, meet & greet, hospitality) are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.
In the event of a partial programme change (e.g., artist cancellation), VIP/VVIP packages will not be refunded — the festival experience and remaining programme will proceed as planned.

Accommodation Packages

Accommodation packages booked through CHAI WA 14 FESTIVAL are non-refundable once confirmed.
Accommodation is tied to the festival booking and cannot be used independently of the festival ticket.
Any changes to accommodation preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Camping Packages

Camping packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Camping spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be exchanged for alternative camping zones or accommodation upgrades.

Exception: Total Festival Cancellation

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a total cancellation of CHAI WA 14 FESTIVAL by the organizers. In such a case:

All ticket holders will be notified via the email address used at the time of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days of the cancellation announcement.
Partial cancellations, programme changes, lineup adjustments, or rescheduling of individual acts do not qualify for a refund.

Force Majeure

CHAI WA 14 FESTIVAL shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. Refunds in such cases will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.
